What happened
- Summary of incident
- Got the wire exposed found out there is old corrosion wire showing that was against the old standpipe with tree roots all the way around it. Call the landlord and he said whatever don’t do nothing with it so we buried it.

- Why?
- Cause it was all corroded it’s been damaged for quite some time. We just thought someone should fix it. With out us paying for it
